"ORNAMENTS FOR KIDS" is one of our annual service projects.

We collect hand carved or burned Christmas ornaments starting in August going thru to November 17th.  At the RVWC Open House (approx. 2nd weekend in October)  all ornaments collected by 10:30am will go on display  and a competition is held for 1st thru 3rd  ribbons.  Soon after Thanksgiving,  Christmas trees at St. Elizabeth Hospital South’s Pediatric Ward, Redwood School, and the Diocesan Catholic Children's Home will be decorated with all ornaments collected.

Children in residence during the Christmas Season, may select an ornament from the tree to keep as their very own.

There is a limit of one ornament per child. The kids love this!

All donations are Welcome.
